Rules
Omna is an AI workspace and API gateway. Features, supported models, pricing, and limits may change as the service evolves.
You are responsible for your account, password, and API keys. Do not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side applications.
Credits represent prepaid usage balance inside Omna. Credits are not a bank account, security, stored-value financial product, or cash equivalent.
You may not use Omna for illegal activity, abuse, credential theft, spam, malware, platform attacks, excessive automated traffic, or attempts to evade service limits.
Omna may apply request limits, daily spend limits, model caps, provider caps, account reviews, freezes, or emergency stops to protect users and service stability.
Omna routes requests to third-party model providers. Availability, output quality, latency, and model behavior may depend on upstream providers.
Omna does not provide proxy, VPN, airport, node resale, or regional restriction bypass services.
Omna may suspend or freeze accounts involved in abuse, payment disputes, chargebacks, security risk, or violation of these terms.
Data
Omna may collect account email, display name, password hash, session data, API key metadata, usage records, recharge records, support requests, audit logs, and security events.
Prompts and responses may be processed by upstream model providers to deliver the requested AI service. Avoid submitting secrets or highly sensitive personal information.
Payment references, recharge requests, refund reviews, and support messages are used to operate billing, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.
Passwords and API keys are not stored in plaintext. Omna stores password hashes and API key hashes, plus limited key metadata such as prefix and status.
Omna keeps operational records as needed for account support, billing history, abuse prevention, security review, and legal or accounting needs.

Billing
Refunds are reviewed manually. Approval depends on payment status, Credits usage, account behavior, and provider costs already incurred.
Refund requests for unused Credits may be considered when the payment can be verified and the account is not involved in abuse or payment dispute.
Credits already consumed by model requests are generally not refundable because upstream provider cost may already have been incurred.
If a payment was duplicated and can be verified, Omna may refund the duplicate or convert it into Credits according to customer preference and platform policy.
Chargebacks may lead to account freeze, risk review, deduction of granted Credits, and temporary or permanent loss of access.
